I've played with delicious.com.
The first commercial use I see is for a list of bookmarks that would allow one to access the myriad of third party insurance plans that people in the medical field have to deal with. This would not be very 'social' but it would be productive. I set up an account that includes the Official Formula 1 site and Politico.com.
